Low Season I 08 April – 30 June
Low Season II 13 August – 14 December
High Season I 8 January – 01 February
High Season II 10 February – 19 March
High Season III 28 March – 07 April
High Season IV 01 July – 12 August
Premium Season I 15 December – 7 January
Premium Season II 02 February – 09 February
Premium Season III 20 March – 27 March

Low Seaon: minimum stay 2 nights
High Season: minimum stay 3 nights
Premium Season: minimum stay 5 nights

Pre-Payment:
50% of the total amount may be charged anytime after booking.
The total price of the reservation will be charged upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 100% of the first 2 nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Cleaning policy:
Check-in & Check out cleaning and 1 extra cleaning after 3 days.
